📋 Description
• Serve as part of the customer success team to develop customer dashboards • Aid customers in defining dashboard requirements and realizing ROI • Rapidly prototype and iterate on dashboard visualizations • Perform database query analysis and optimization to support dashboards • Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into operational solutions

• Experience using graphing and dashboard systems like Tableau • Ability to guide customers through defining dashboards and rapidly prototype and iterate on them • Capacity to excel on both individual and team-based projects • Database query analysis/optimization
