📋 Description
• Resolve critical and highly complex support tickets • Serve as a technical reference and support the team in strategic decisions • Estimate effort and contribute to commercial proposals • Anticipate risks and act proactively • Lead improvement initiatives and support team development • Ensure documentation, quality, and adherence to deadlines • Conduct training and support the client throughout the service lifecycle
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in the Tax area • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields • Strong communication skills and customer focus • Proactivity and resilience • High problem-solving ability • Languages: English/Spanish – conversational level
