• Lead the design, development, and implementation of computational pipelines and analytical frameworks supporting clinical diagnostics. • Partner with the Diagnostic Assay Development team and external collaborators. • Drive biomarker discovery and translational analyses in clinical research studies. • Implement robust statistical and computational frameworks. • Build and lead a high-performing team of bioinformaticians. • Establish data management and computational infrastructure in collaboration with relevant teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience in bioinformatics for clinical or diagnostic applications, including leadership of high-impact computational teams. • Deep expertise in NGS, single-cell, and/or spatial data analysis, from primary data processing through interpretation. • Proficiency in R, Python, and major bioinformatics toolkits; familiarity with cloud or high-performance computing. • Demonstrated success collaborating with experimental scientists and clinicians on translational and diagnostic projects. • Strong publication record in computational biology, genomics, or diagnostics.
