📋 Description
• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to account management, client communication, business documentation, and practical aspects of client service • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world client requirements • Draft realistic account management scenarios informed by your direct professional experience • Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. account manager, client, project stakeholder, or executive) • Identify gaps, oversights, or weak logic in AI-generated account management content
🎯 Requirements
• A senior-level account manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK • Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing account management strategies • Skilled at evaluating client relationships, communication processes, and requirements • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback • Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
