📋 Description
• Review and enhance AI-generated content on operations strategy, process optimization, and resource management • Assess the accuracy, industry-relevance, and practical viability of AI-driven operational scenarios and recommendations • Develop example operational cases, process improvement scenarios, and risk management exercises based on your industry experience • Create multiple scenario variations reflecting perspectives of operations managers, team leads, and stakeholders • Identify gaps or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Senior operations leader or manager (e.g., VP Operations, Head of Operations, Operations Director) with a proven track record in operational excellence • Based in the EU or UK • Demonstrated expertise in developing and reviewing operations strategies, optimizing processes, and managing high-performing operations teams • Highly organized and skilled at providing direct, constructive feedback • Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in communications
