• You manage our performance creatives on Meta. • Strategically set hooks and angles, finalize scripts with the founder team, test iterations, and scale winning creatives. • You will gradually take over the operational leadership of our marketing team — copywriter, video editor, and, over time, additional areas. • You build and optimize our funnel architecture (landing pages, product pages, checkout flow) in close collaboration with Creative. • You identify new levers — channels, angles, markets, product bundles — and present them with a concrete implementation plan. • You analyze the relevant KPIs, make clear data-driven decisions, and run marketing by the numbers, not by gut feeling.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth at DTC/e-commerce brands • Operational depth in Meta Ads and direct-response creative processes • Demonstrable cases: brands you have operationally built or scaled • Experience managing small teams (copy, video, creators) • Strong funnel-thinking and conversion optimization skills • Experience with AI-supported workflows in creative production (must have) • Hands-on and strategic working style
