📋 Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and commercial agreements • Support investment transactions, including term sheets, SAFE agreements, convertible notes, SPVs, shareholders' agreements, subscription agreements, and other legal documents • Assist with legal due diligence, fund documentation, corporate governance, and compliance • Coordinate with external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions • Conduct legal research and maintain legal records and documentation • Support intellectual property, trademarks, and regulatory matters • Assist with online reputation and brand protection, including fake profiles, impersonation, unauthorized content, defamation matters, and platform takedown requests • Support legal needs for both the firm and portfolio companies
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) • 2+ years of experience in corporate, startup, venture capital, private equity, or technology law • Experience with investment documents, SPVs, fund documentation, or venture financing is preferred • Strong drafting, research, communication, and organizational skills • Fluent in English and comfortable working remotely
