📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and deployment of internal AI systems for marketing, copywriting, and creative content • Build and maintain in-house generative AI capabilities capable of handling sensitive or adult digital content • Architect, integrate, and scale custom AI tools while ensuring compliance and strong data governance • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop AI-driven workflows tailored to business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with private AI deployment, fine-tuning language models, and enterprise AI platforms • Strong understanding of secure AI architectures and data privacy best practices • Proficiency in Python, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or content generation pipelines • Experience with privacy-preserving AI tools or data governance frameworks • Exposure to enterprise AI governance tooling
