• Content Migration Assistant will have customer service and a keen eye for graphic design in their DNA and be a true champion for our customers. • You’re someone who can learn technology quickly and know our website CMS product inside and out to provide the best content migration solutions possible. • You also understand the importance of website design and functionality for both the user and the viewers. • You’ll be able to review websites, identify the key components and move content efficiently and without sacrificing customer satisfaction. • Content migration assistants daily tasks include moving content and converting content as needed, while considering risks and potential impacts. • Content audits are performed to identify errors and areas for improvement in existing content management systems before migration takes place. • Also, they manipulate or clean-up content in order to effectively move it between websites.
• At least 1 year of experience in Content and Data Migration. • Strong attention to detail. • Review and audit website content prior to migration. • Organize site navigation and page content. • Understand and comply with State Requirements and ADA compliance. • Documentation of migration process of projects and tasks. • Update and maintain weekly shift schedules. • Maintaining updated knowledge of website CMS in order to utilize best practices throughout the process. • Review and audit website content after migration to verify all required content has been moved to new website. • Must have their laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications: • Processor: • Core i5 or higher • RAM - 8GB or higher • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum: • Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps • Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background. • Updated NBI Clearance.
