📋 Description

• User Interface & Experience Design: Design clean, intuitive, responsive interfaces using modern web standards (HTML5, CSS3, WCAG accessibility guidelines, etc.). • Translate requirements and user stories into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI assets. • Conduct user-centric design iterations informed by testing, feedback, and analytics. • AI-Enhanced Design & Automation: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Figma AI, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate layout generation, component creation, content drafting, and workflow optimization. • Build reusable AI design prompts, templates, and automations that streamline production. • Collaborate with engineering to integrate AI-driven elements directly into product experiences when applicable. • Front-End Alignment: Partner with developers to ensure designs translate accurately into production-ready components. • Maintain and evolve design systems with an AI-accelerated approach (naming conventions, accessibility, component logic). • Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and multi-platform experiences. • Innovation & Research: Stay current on UI trends, AI tools, and modern front-end frameworks. • Explore emerging AI workflows that reduce repetitive tasks and enhance creativity. • Recommend scalable solutions that keep the organization ahead of design and automation trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in UI/UX, product design, or a related field. (If you can wield Figma like a lightsaber, we’re listening.) • Strong understanding of responsive design, user flows, and accessibility best practices. • Experience using AI tools for design, prototyping, content generation, or automation. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) is strongly preferred. • Ability to think strategically while sweating the pixel-perfect details. • Excellent communication skills — both with humans and with whatever AI companion you prefer.
