📋 Description

• Make 8–15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients • Educate patients on doctor-recommended Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management programs • Answer Medicare-related questions about coverage, monthly participation, and opting out • Obtain verbal consent and enroll interested patients in the system • Accurately document call notes and patient information • Meet daily productivity and enrollment performance targets • Speak with U.S.-based senior patients by phone and explain physician-recommended healthcare programs • Work a consistent schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern or Central Time business hours

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines • Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare or Medicare patients, including medical office, call center, insurance verification, or care coordination experience • Strong spoken English skills; must be easily understood by older adult patients • Clear, neutral, and easily understandable English communication • Professional phone presence with strong pacing and pronunciation • Comfortable speaking with senior or elderly patients • Able to explain healthcare and Medicare concepts clearly and patiently • Comfortable making outbound calls for most of the shift • Tech-savvy and experienced with web-based systems • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Reliable high-speed internet; minimum 25 Mbps download recommended • Quiet, professional home office setup • Headset with clear microphone • Ability to work U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours • Comfortable with consistent outbound calling • Must submit a 60–90-second voice recording during the application process • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
