• Make 8–15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients • Educate patients on doctor-recommended RPM and CCM programs • Answer Medicare-related questions (coverage, monthly participation, opt-out) • Obtain verbal consent and enroll interested patients in our system • Accurately document call notes and patient information • Meet daily productivity and enrollment performance targets
• Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare or Medicare patients (medical office, call center, insurance verification, care coordination, etc.) • Strong spoken English skills; must be easily understood by older adult patients • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download recommended) • Quiet, professional home office setup • Headset with clear microphone • Ability to work U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours • Comfortable with consistent outbound calling
