📋 Description

• Work side-by-side with product managers for heat pumps and gain deep exposure to the product portfolio • Support the development of sustainable energy innovations and act as an interface to internal and external stakeholders • Perform technical product and competitor comparisons • Work on strategic tasks and concrete, implementation-focused projects • Prepare complex technical heat pump products in a clear and compelling way for sales teams • Identify, visualize, and continuously improve product metrics • Use forward-looking technologies and AI tools to make product management processes and analyses more innovative and efficient

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a German university in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • Availability for at least 4 months as an intern or, by arrangement, 15–20 hours per week as a working student • First practical experience in product management, strategy development, or market insights • Initial exposure, interest, or prior knowledge in heat pump technology and heating systems is an advantage • Strong affinity for AI and/or prior knowledge of AI; ideally experience with AI tools • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to different audiences • Highly independent, proactive, and structured working style with strong ownership • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary work environment • Agile, results-oriented mindset with solution-focused thinking and a team-player attitude • Fluent German at C-level and fluent English, both spoken and written
