📋 Description

• Heartbeat AI is our energy-optimization platform that always delivers the cleanest and most cost-effective energy to our customers. • You will take operational responsibility to track what works and fix what doesn't. • You will ensure execution across product, sales, operations, and marketing. • You will monitor and report performance: your decisions will be data-driven. • You will coordinate the operational structure of GTM initiatives and ensure collaboration between product, marketing, sales, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, project-related, or operations role — in a startup, consulting firm, or fast-paced tech company. • You are inherently structured: you break complex GTM workflows into clear tasks and manage competing dependencies without losing the thread. • You are comfortable with data and reporting: you can create a clean dashboard, consistently track KPIs, and turn numbers into concise status updates for stakeholders who don't have time for details. • You see things through without being asked: you take initiatives from idea to implementation, proactively chase down blockers, and ensure cross-functional alignment doesn't stop at the meeting room door. • You communicate clearly and directly in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) — written and verbal — across teams with differing priorities and backgrounds. • You are interested in the context of the energy transition — you want to understand how a hardware-plus-subscription business scales, not just manage the process around it.
