📋 Description

• Gain exposure to key operational and strategic areas through 3- to 6-month rotations, including Go-to-Market & Bid Management, Operations, Product & Technology, Finance & Legal, and Strategy / Chief of Staff • Independently manage and actively execute strategic and operational special projects, such as market analyses for product development and launches, as well as process standardization • Identify efficiency potential at the interfaces between Go-to-Market, project management, and planning through data-driven process analyses • Establish scalable best practices • Support department heads and the executive team with strategic initiatives • Prepare robust decision-making documents • Support the preparation of leadership meetings • Participate in leadership training and take on lateral project responsibility to prepare for an initial team lead role

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree completed with outstanding results and top grades in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration/economics with a strong quantitative and technical focus, or a comparable field • Initial substantial professional experience, for example through internships or working student positions, in strategy consulting, venture capital, the tech/CleanTech sector, or a rapidly scaling industrial or start-up environment • Strong technical and commercial understanding of renewable energy systems, particularly photovoltaic systems, utility-scale battery storage, energy management systems, and charging infrastructure • Exceptional analytical skills • Structured problem-solving abilities • Enthusiasm for measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) • High level of initiative and pragmatism (hands-on mentality) • Clear ambition to quickly assume leadership responsibility • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong facilitation abilities at the interface between technical and commercial teams • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
