📋 Description

• Automate recurring tasks using Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, and self-developed code • Support solutions from the initial idea through reliable production deployment • Analyze internal processes together with business departments and assess automation potential • Develop workflows with Microsoft Power Automate and use n8n to connect different applications • Develop scripts, custom integrations, and custom nodes • Automate document creation, filing, distribution, and tracking • Automate standardized communication processes • Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft 365 applications, and other business systems via connectors, APIs, and webhooks • Structure data flows and interfaces with maintainability, error handling, and permissions in mind • Coordinate architectural decisions and authoritative data sources with internal system and process owners • Test solutions, account for edge cases, and implement error handling and monitoring • Maintain and continuously improve existing automations • Align requirements with business departments and IT • Document workflows clearly and support teams in using them • Evaluate the effectiveness of automations and develop reusable components

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of practical experience automating business processes • Experience independently taking solutions through to production deployment • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows, connectors, expressions, and error handling • Experience with n8n workflows, application integrations, data processing, and error analysis • Solid knowledge of JavaScript or Python • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook • Confident working with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods • Initial practical experience with Microsoft Graph • Practical experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and processing CRM data through Dataverse, connectors, or APIs • Understanding of data relationships, data quality, and the single source of truth principle • Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable solutions • Strong quality focus regarding testing, documentation, access permissions, and responsible data handling • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with different business departments • German language skills at least at C1 level, both written and spoken • Good English skills for technical documentation • Desirable: Experience with Power Apps or PowerShell, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Graph • Desirable: Experience developing custom n8n nodes • Desirable: Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or AI services in workflows • Desirable: Experience with Power Automate Desktop • Desirable: Knowledge of version control and controlled change deployment • Desirable: Experience with BPMN or comparable methods
