📋 Description

• Conduct theoretical and practical trainings on installation, commissioning and fault diagnosis of heat pumps • Train new partner companies directly on-site or at training facilities and prepare them for deployment • Travel regularly across Germany to changing locations • Ensure quality assurance on-site and verify correct implementation of training standards • Report field observations back to the academy team so training content can be continuously improved

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the SHK trades (sanitary/heating/HVAC) or a comparable qualification • Practical experience in installation and commissioning of heat pumps (air-to-water, brine/water, hybrid systems) • Ability to structure knowledge and convey it clearly and understandably • Experience in instructing or onboarding colleagues or partner companies is an advantage • High willingness to travel across Germany and flexibility on site • Strong communication skills, patience and enjoyment in passing on practical knowledge • Enthusiasm for the energy transition and enjoyment working with tradespeople
