📋 Description

• Train colleagues, retail partners and customers on product usage, features and benefits • Plan and deliver trainings, workshops and events independently • Develop sales techniques and training materials • Support product launches, promotions, events and beauty trade shows • Provide styling on location during photoshoots and content productions, prepare models and demonstrate product applications • Demonstrate live hair styling on clients and explain applications step by step • Train sales staff in retail environments on advisory skills and product presentation • Document training activities and sales figures • Collect market feedback and communicate it to the product team • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Communications

🎯 Requirements

• Driving license class B • Completed vocational training in hairdressing (required) • Proven experience in retail (recommended) • Confident public speaking and one-on-one communication skills • Ability to present content clearly and engagingly • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, training sessions and materials • Flexibility and willingness to travel for trainings with retail partners and events • Passion for beauty, technology and innovation • Experience with online tools for virtual training and presentations • MS Office • Focus on participants' needs and their success
