📋 Description

• Train colleagues, retail partners, and customers on product use, features, and benefits • Plan and independently deliver training sessions, workshops, and events • Apply in-depth technical and practical knowledge of beauty and styling products such as Airwrap, Supersonic, and Corrale • Develop sales techniques and training materials • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and beauty trade shows • Create styles for photo shoots and content productions, prepare models, and demonstrate product applications • Demonstrate devices directly on customers and explain hair styling step by step • Train retail sales staff in consultation skills and product presentation • Document training activities and sales figures • Gather market feedback and share it with the product team • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Communications

🎯 Requirements

• Category B driving licence • Completed vocational training in hairdressing (mandatory) • Proven retail experience (preferred) • Strong communication skills: confident and clear communication in group settings and one-to-one interactions • Instructional skills: communicate content in a clear and engaging way • Excellent organisational skills: effectively structure your own appointments, training sessions, and materials • Flexibility and willingness to travel: travel to retail partners and events to deliver training • Enthusiasm: convey a passion for beauty, technology, and innovation • Digital affinity: comfortable using online tools for virtual training and presentations • Proficiency in MS Office • Customer focus: prioritise participants’ needs and success
