📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you represent your specialist area with passion and foresight. • In your role as a trainer, the primary focus is on developing the participants' competencies. • In designing your lessons, you act both as a source of input and as a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-specific instruction from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®. • Application of a variety of teaching methods for lesson design. • Preparation and creation of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum. • Conducting assessments to measure competency gains. • Case examples from projects, training experience, or reports from everyday professional practice. • Very good command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level).

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree with a focus on Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Pharmacy and/or Law. • Several years of professional experience in the environmental sector. • Knowledge of REACH, CLP, the Hazardous Substances Ordinance and international chemicals regulations. • Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting. • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education or presenting case studies. • Methodical-didactic skills in delivering instructional content. • An independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility. • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
