📋 Description

• As an employee of WBS TRAINING, you represent your subject area with passion and foresight. • In your role as a learning facilitator, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants. • In your lesson design you act both as a content provider and as support in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • Subject-specific instruction at the Dresden-North location (20%) and from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D® (80%). • Preparation and development of lesson-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum. • Conducting competency growth assessments. • You have an excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level).

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training, technician qualification, or engineering degree in Automation Technology. • Experience in programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning of automation systems. • Specific experience programming Siemens PLCs using the TIA Portal. • Knowledge of network technology. • Practical experience applying skills in TIA Portal. • Knowledge of control engineering and measurement/instrumentation technology. • Basic knowledge of the SIMIT simulation software is an advantage. • AEVO certification (trainer qualification) or comparable pedagogical further training is desirable. • Strong methodical and didactic skills in delivering instructional content. • Independent and structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility. • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
