📋 Description

• Build and maintain scalable, production-grade data models and analytics foundations that power decision-making across our 7 international markets • Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define success metrics, evaluate product outcomes, and turn data into actionable insights • Enable self-service analytics through trusted metrics, reusable semantic models, and scalable data products that help teams answer their own questions and demonstrate the impact of their work • Leverage AI and modern analytics tooling to accelerate insight generation, improve analytics workflows, and enable stakeholders to interact with data more effectively • Continuously improve our analytics platform through robust modeling, testing, documentation, and engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining production data models using SQL and modern transformation tools (e.g. Dataform, SQLMesh or dbt) • Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python • Experience with BigQuery and a BI tool, ideally Looker • Comfortable partnering with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate questions into scalable analytics solutions • A proactive, pragmatic mindset with strong communication skills and a passion for making data accessible and trustworthy • Bonus points for: • Exposure to data science or machine learning applications in a business context • Experience with product analytics, event tracking, funnel analysis or experimentation • Experience in fast-growing operational businesses (e.g. logistics, marketplaces or field services)
