📋 Description

• Own the quality strategy of Flutter apps and testing architecture across mobile product teams from a platform standpoint • Define test strategy, execution, and production monitoring • Partner with cross-functional mobile product teams to shape quality practices and close testing gaps • Enable product teams to ship with confidence and own product quality end-to-end • Grow and maintain the automated test suite using Appium and BrowserStack • Keep automated testing fast, stable, trusted, and focused on critical user journeys • Maintain test infrastructure health by minimizing flakiness, accelerating test runs, and providing actionable results • Create and scale autonomous exploration, intelligent test orchestration, and self-directed testing workflows • Detect product risks before they reach users • Design quality into the product and process through a shift-left quality approach

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing scalable testing strategies • Hands-on expertise with mobile automation frameworks, including Appium and Flutter integration testing • Experience with cloud device farms, especially BrowserStack • Active experience leveraging AI tools, LLM workflows, and testing agents for autonomous exploration, automated test generation, and defect analysis • Proven track record integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Experience co-creating practices that enable product teams to own quality without sacrificing velocity • Strong focus on real-world user journeys, edge cases, and product risk • High initiative and problem-solving drive; comfortable inventing solutions from scratch amid ambiguity • Strong English communication skills • German language skills are a bonus • Experience with energy systems, IoT, or climate tech is a bonus • Native iOS/Android or deep Flutter/Dart architecture knowledge is a bonus • Track record of navigating ambiguity is a bonus • Experience building testing tools from scratch is a bonus
