• Schulungsunterlagen, Trainingshandbücher und digitale Lerninhalte im Bereich AC-Elektrotechnik entwickeln • Interne Monteure und Partnerbetriebe deutschlandweit theoretisch und praktisch schulen • Qualitätssicherung durch Baustellenbegleitungen und Nachschulungen gewährleisten • Trainingsinhalte, Prozesse und technische Standards anhand von Feedback aus dem Feld kontinuierlich verbessern • Eng mit Technik-, Produkt- und Serviceteams zusammenarbeiten • Neue Produkte frühzeitig in die Akademie integrieren

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker:in / Elektroniker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Meister- oder Technikertitel idealerweise vorhanden • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich AC-Elektroinstallation, insbesondere Netzanschluss, Zählerschrank und Wallbox • Didaktisches Talent zur strukturierten und verständlichen Wissensvermittlung • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen oder Trainingskonzepten ist ein Plus • Reisebereitschaft für Trainings und Baustellenbegleitungen an verschiedenen Standorten • Begeisterung für die Energiewende • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Handwerker:innen und Technikteams
