• Entwicklung von Schulungsunterlagen, Trainingshandbüchern und digitalen Lerninhalten im Bereich DC-Elektrotechnik • Schulung interner Monteure und Partnerbetriebe deutschlandweit in Theorie und Praxis • Qualitätssicherung durch Baustellenbegleitungen und Nachschulungen • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Trainingsinhalten, Prozessen und technischen Standards anhand von Feedback aus dem Feld • Enge Abstimmung mit Technik-, Produkt- und Serviceteams • Frühzeitige Integration neuer Produkte in die Akademie

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker:in / Elektroniker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich DC-Elektroinstallation • Erfahrung mit PV-Anlagen, Wechselrichtern, Stromspeichern und Batteriemanagementsystemen • Didaktisches Talent, um Wissen zu strukturieren und verständlich zu vermitteln • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen oder Trainingskonzepten ist ein Plus • Reisebereitschaft für Trainings und Baustellenbegleitungen an verschiedenen Standorten • Begeisterung für die Energiewende und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Handwerker:innen und Technikteams
