📋 Description

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings • Support day-to-day operations and financial reporting • Prepare reports and financial analyses for business departments, managers, and stakeholders • Support and optimize intercompany reconciliations • Analyze data quality in management reporting • Analyze accounts and cost centers across the income statement and balance sheet • Support the investigation and resolution of variances • Manage and optimize data flows between Lucanet and Looker • Ensure accurate and consistent dashboard data • Continuously improve data quality, preparation, and presentation • Independently manage data imports into the Lucanet database • Contribute to Accounting & Controlling projects, including process optimization and tool implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled for at least two more semesters in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a similar degree program • Already enrolled in an advanced semester • Available to work 16–20 hours per week • Enjoy analyzing financial data in Excel • Familiar with Excel pivot tables and formulas • Initial practical experience in Accounting/Controlling • Ideally, initial experience with DATEV, Lucanet, and/or Looker • Very good command of German, both written and spoken • Structured, independent, and analytical approach to work • Willingness to take on responsibility
