📋 Description

• Support the planning and organization of leadership workshops, including hotel and restaurant bookings, agenda coordination, and preparing and briefing participants • Support the preparation and follow-up of meetings held across Germany, including creating presentations and collecting and structuring topics • Support the CEO’s internal communications across the organization, including aligning content and preparing information • Assist with accounting and expense-related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences with at least two semesters remaining • Available to work 15–20 hours per week • Strong hands-on mentality • Structured, reliable, and independent working style • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with a variety of stakeholders • Reliability, discretion, and a high sense of responsibility
