📋 Description

• Conduct credit assessments, including plausibility checks of submitted creditworthiness documents and supporting evidence • Support portfolio management • Prepare and analyze relevant data in a structured manner for performance analyses and reporting • Strategically optimize existing financing processes and help shape new workflows • Independently handle customer inquiries relating to financing topics • Participate in discussions with banks and financing partners • Ensure careful documentation and continuous quality assurance of finance-related standards • Work closely with Sales and Tech to optimize internal interfaces and cross-functional processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled for at least two more semesters at a German university in economics, business administration, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on finance • Completed banking apprenticeship is an advantage but not required • Alternatively, a basic understanding of financing products, strong affinity for numbers, and an analytical mindset • Strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact • Professional and solution-oriented manner • Quick learner with the ability to become familiar efficiently with new tools, systems, and processes • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working, with a high degree of personal responsibility • Very good German and good English language skills (at least B2 level), both written and spoken
