📋 Description

• Work alongside product managers for heat pumps and develop deep knowledge of the product portfolio • Support innovations in sustainable energy solutions and act as an interface for internal and external stakeholders • Independently and responsibly contribute as an important member of the team • Conduct detailed technical product and competitor comparisons • Work on long-term strategic tasks and implementation-oriented projects • Explain complex technical heat-pump products clearly and engagingly to sales teams • Identify, visualize, and continuously improve product metrics • Drive the adoption of forward-looking technologies and apply AI tools to make product-management processes and analyses more innovative and efficient

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a German university in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • Availability as an intern for at least 4 months or, by arrangement, as a working student for 15–20 hours per week • Initial practical experience in product management, strategy development, or market insights • Initial exposure to, interest in, or prior knowledge of heat pump and heating technology is an advantage • Strong interest in AI and basic AI knowledge; ideally experience with AI tools • Ability to present technical concepts clearly and understandably for different audiences • Highly independent, proactive, and structured working style with strong ownership and reliability • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary working environment • Agile, results-oriented mindset with solution-focused thinking and a team-player attitude • Fluent German (CEFR C-level) and fluent English, both written and spoken
