📋 Description

• Conduct outbound phone calls to target respondents to administer surveys • Visit field locations when required to conduct in-person surveys • Explain study objectives and maintain respondent engagement • Accurately record responses in the system or Excel formats • Meet targets for call volumes, completed surveys, and fieldwork timelines • Coordinate with the internal team for updates, issues, or validations

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi (regional languages a plus) • Confidence and patience while speaking with diverse respondent groups • Willingness to travel occasionally for field surveys (within city/region) • Graduate or post graduate in any stream – Freshers welcome • Experience in telecalling, survey calling, field data collection, or market research is plus • Comfortable with basic Excel and data entry • Excellent communication skills in oral and written English • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top tier university
