📋 Description
• Define and execute finance systems roadmap, AI and automation initiatives, and cross-functional special projects • Partner across Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, HR, and operations to enable scale, efficiency, and impact • Lead the AI & automation agenda for Strategic Finance and execute results-driven roadmap • Streamline and elevate recurring reporting and exec-ready presentations • Design playbooks, documentation, and self-serve resources for FP&A as a service • Lead headcount process coordination between Finance, HR, and business leaders • Run team OKRs, cross-functional projects, finance-wide updates, and special initiatives • Own final layer of quality control for board and executive materials • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to influence Strategic Finance OKRs and company outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in consulting, banking, or strategic finance roles within progressive tech companies • Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives • Builder’s mindset with curiosity • Strong collaboration and influence skills • Operational rigor & stakeholder partnership experience • Strategic translation & executive communication skills • Experience using and leading efforts to implement AI-powered applications and tooling within a Finance org, or strong interest and capacity to ramp up • Must be USA-based or Canada-based (legal authorization to work) • Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check
