📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on experimentation and self-serve product capabilities • Foster a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement • Support career development through clear feedback, mentorship, and growth planning • Partner with Product, Design, and Data to define growth outcomes, prioritize initiatives, and measure success • Ensure reliable delivery of experimentation and self-serve initiatives while balancing short-term velocity with long-term strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing, leading, and mentoring software engineering teams • Experience leading teams that build customer-facing SaaS products and technical platforms • Strong technical judgment and experience partnering with engineering teams on architecture and system design • Demonstrated success owning delivery outcomes for complex, cross-functional initiatives • Track record of building and scaling high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative teams • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
