📋 Description

• Lead growth marketing for 1Password's SaaS Manager solution • Create demand, generate pipeline, and find repeatable growth loops • Own new logo demand gen and cross-sell expansion strategy • Partner with Product, PMM, and Sales to unlock pipeline and build marketing engine • Build and leverage AI agents and automated workflows to operate efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology • Proven ability to own pipeline outcomes end-to-end • Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives • Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and buying committees • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS growth metrics • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Ability to deliver clear recommendations and influence decisions • Proactive use of AI as a force-multiplier for demand generation efforts • Location Requirement: Must be based in EST
