📋 Description

• Contribute large new features and significant product improvements • Make architectural decisions for public repositories • Contribute to the team's roadmap • Raise the quality bar by identifying lapses in code quality • Ensure alignment with cross-functional partners • Drive initiatives that better support 1Password customers • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Significant professional software development experience • Advanced, hands-on command of a modern development toolchain (Git, IDEs, terminal, debugging and testing tools) • Experience designing extensible, maintainable systems • Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and make architectural decisions • A track record of working effectively in public • Interest in agent-assisted development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A security-minded approach consistent with 1Password's principles. • Bonus points for experience maintaining a popular open source project or running open source community engagement.
