📋 Description

• Design and implement core systems in Rust that power Developer Environments and secure secret handling • Lead the development, testing and debugging of production software systems for new and existing product features • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical decisions with project goals • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and best practices • Lead planning, task distribution, provide estimates, and ensure work completion on time • Drive technical design, specifications, and improvements to performance, accessibility, reliability, and scalability • Work with teams to develop effective testing strategies and ensure high quality product delivery • Solve complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development • Hands-on experience with Rust in production • Passion for and strong experience in software development best practices, coding standards, and design patterns • Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems and propose effective and innovative solutions • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners • Proven experience in implementing testing methodologies and debugging techniques • Continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and mentorship experience • Bonus: Experience with Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, Go, or related languages or ability to pick up new languages quickly • Must live in, and be legally authorized to work in, the countries listed in the job posting (US or Canada)
