• Define and lead the multi-product UX vision for AI • Shape design strategy for both “AI for Security” and “Security for AI” • Influence company-wide AI strategy • Connect and scale design work across multiple product areas • Mentor and guide Staff and Senior Designers • Champion evidence-based design • Evolve AI design principles and toolkits for 1Password’s design system • Represent the design org externally and internally • Drive culture change throughout 1Password
🎯 Requirements
• 10 + years of product design experience • Proven success designing and shipping AI-powered experiences • Strong understanding of intelligent system behavior • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels • Deep commitment to ethical and inclusive AI • Exceptional storytelling and facilitation skills • A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact design work • Proven experience mentoring Staff and Senior Designers • Comfortable influencing executives and cross-org partners • A growth mindset and desire to pioneer responsible AI design practices
