📋 Description
• Make high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to business owners and decision-makers • Follow client-provided scripts, training decks, and cadence guidelines • Confirm key details (name, business, contact info, address, appointment time) • Book appointments onto the calendar via email or scheduling tools • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism • Use client-provided lead lists to perform outreach • Source additional leads independently through approved research methods • Add new leads into tracking sheets or CRM and maintain accurate records • Identify potential decision-makers and gather accurate business contact information • Update lead statuses and notes after each call • Organize call attempts, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments • Provide daily or weekly call summaries (contacts made, appointments booked, outcomes)
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (required) • B2B calling experience strongly preferred • Excellent spoken English; strong communication and objection-handling skills • Familiarity with lead generation tools, Google Sheets, and basic CRM usage • Confident, persistent, and comfortable making many calls per shift • Highly coachable and willing to undergo the client’s sales training • Organized and consistent with follow-ups and reporting • Motivated by results; must be able to show ROI quickly • Level A–B (native or near-native accent)
