📋 Description

• Support client consultations, lead follow-up, onboarding, and customer support activities • Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and active clients • Explain the credit repair process and available services clearly and professionally • Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales process • Support the internal sales team with scheduling and communication • Maintain accurate client records within the CRM • Assist with onboarding and account setup processes • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to support client success • Follow established workflows and communication standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in phone sales, telemarketing, customer service, or virtual support roles • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Comfortable with inbound and outbound phone communication • Experience working inside CRM systems • Ability to maintain organization and follow structured workflows • Credit repair experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided) • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally
