📋 Description

• Seek a highly organized and professional Community Management Virtual Assistant to support a Community Manager in the Property Management / HOA sector • Directly manage a portfolio of accounts • Communicate directly with Boards of Directors • Produce work orders/service requests subject to policy • Collect and process ARC requests where applicable • Coordinate access for service providers as required to complete service requests • Send invoices to Accounts Payable • Monitor and process clubhouse reservations • Assist with special projects as requested by the Regional Vice President or Regional Director • Draft, proof and send communications to the boards and communities, including Issue Eblasts through software • Prepare for Board meetings and Annual Meetings • Track and organize meeting proxies and ballots • Schedule and set-up conference room meetings • Maintain community contacts for Associations • Build and maintain productive relationships with other departments within the company • Monitor and respond to email correspondence for personal and regional inboxes
