📋 Description

• Support the continued growth of reporting, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives • Build dashboards and improve reporting systems • Organize business data and create cloud-based workflows • Support AI-driven operational improvements across multiple departments • Analyze operational, recruiting, sales, and financial data • Validate reporting accuracy across multiple business units • Develop scalable reporting systems and data models • Recommend process improvements that reduce manual work • Document reporting processes and technical workflows • Collaborate with leadership on new reporting initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recent Data Analytics or Business Intelligence experience • Strong SQL experience required • Strong Python experience required • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required • Strong Google Sheets proficiency • Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms • Experience with cloud-based data workflows and API integrations • Experience working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms • Understanding of automation concepts and workflow design • Experience supporting business operations through data analysis • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field preferred.
