📋 Description

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) • Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and promotional content • Consistently promote available rental spaces online • Respond to inquiries and direct messages professionally • Upload and organize property photos and videos • Assist in maintaining a simple website with Calendar booking functionality, Rental application forms, Digital signature integration • Help improve online visibility and engagement • Suggest creative marketing ideas and promotional strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in social media marketing and content creation • Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools • Familiarity with scheduling tools and social media management platforms • Basic website management experience • Experience with online forms, booking calendars, and digital signatures is a plus • Creative, organized, and proactive • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and consistently promote the business
