📋 Description

• Identify and engage institutional clients interested in tokenized securities and digital assets. • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads. • Present the platform’s value proposition. • Negotiate contracts and close deals in collaboration with legal and compliance teams. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Web3 or financial services. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong understanding of blockchain, tokenization, or digital assets is a major plus. • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Self-driven, strategic thinker, and a team player. • Fluent in English and German; Further Language is a plus.
