📋 Description

• Review realistic international disputes matters • Compare six blinded legal deliverables labelled A–F against a common comparator output • Complete five head-to-head comparisons • Assess legal reasoning, procedural analysis, strategic recommendations, correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Review matters involving international arbitration, arbitral award recognition and enforcement, cross-border disputes, emergency measures, and interim relief • Identify substantive legal errors, omissions, unsupported positions, weaknesses in legal reasoning, and execution strategy issues • Evaluate jurisdictional, procedural, enforcement, remedies, urgency, and strategic considerations • Select the stronger legal response based on substantive quality • Provide concise, precise written reasoning for every preference decision • Follow project instructions and evaluation criteria consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer based in Mexico • Substantive professional experience in international arbitration and cross-border disputes • Strong experience in one or more of: international arbitration, arbitral award enforcement, cross-border disputes, emergency or interim relief • Able to evaluate legal work holistically for correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Strong legal analytical skills • Precise written English • Comfortable comparing competing legal approaches and explaining preference decisions • Able to work independently against detailed written instructions and deadlines • External AI tools must not be used on any project materials • Must complete work without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
