📋 Description
• Coach and support first-year teachers during their crucial first year in the classroom—right in your own region. • Provide coaching and support through formal observations using the T-TESS model. • Control your workload - work with as many or as few candidates as you’d like based on your availability.
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree REQUIRED • 3+ years of teaching or administrative experience • Active teaching certification in the state of Texas • Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes • Current TTESS appraiser certification • If you do not hold this certification, you must be willing to complete a full-day T-TESS observation/coaching + training for Field Supervisors
