📋 Description
• Manage advanced configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting of Darwinbox systems. • Handle and resolve escalated support cases from the L1 support team. • Identify and implement process improvements, best practices, and advisory recommendations. • Collaborate with the Darwinbox vendor and product teams to address system enhancements and resolve critical issues.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Darwinbox implementation, support, or similar HRMS platforms. • Proven track record in managing complex system integrations and technical escalations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly in remote, cross-functional settings. • Experience working directly with vendors or product teams to drive resolution and improvements.
