📋 Description

• Build and expand a European supplier network for used vehicles, including OEMs, leasing companies, fleet operators, dealerships, and remarketing partners • Identify, approach, and onboard new suppliers to support our remarketing and wholesale operations • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, conducting performance reviews, and optimizing processes • Analyze sourcing markets and define strategies to increase vehicle availability and portfolio diversity • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Remarketing, Sales, Product, Data) to streamline supplier processes, system interfaces, and data flows • Develop and implement data-driven sourcing strategies to improve transparency, availability, and cost efficiency • Monitor and report key KPIs (e.g., sourcing volume, activation rate, conversion, supplier performance) to management and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in sourcing, remarketing, or B2B vehicle trading, ideally with OEMs, leasing companies, fleet operators, or digital platforms • Strong networking and supplier acquisition skills within the European used-car ecosystem • Excellent strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills, combined with a solid understanding of digital business models • Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus • A proactive, communicative, and hands-on work style with a collaborative mindset
