• Lead the company’s data strategy in alignment with business objectives and client goals. • Work closely with clients to understand their business context, define success metrics, and design clear, actionable KPIs. • Design and implement efficient data flows, pipelines, and architectures for business intelligence and reporting. • Build and manage dashboards that support executive-level decision-making and operational optimization. • Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, marketing, and sales, to deliver data-driven solutions. • Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting, and automation internally and for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and implementing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar. • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data stacks. • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and SQL proficiency. • Ability to design scalable data architectures and optimize performance across systems. • Demonstrated ability to set up data tracking and analytics for digital transformation use cases. • Excellent spoken and written English; able to work closely with international clients. • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand business goals and turn them into data solutions. • Comfortable leading discovery sessions, presenting insights, and defining success metrics with clients. • Clear, structured communicator who can explain data concepts to non-technical audiences. • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
