📋 Description

• Shape the future of digital transformation projects with your analytical expertise. • 100% remote with flexible hours and international clients. • You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to deliver features that are not only functional, but sustainable. • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex features and systems. • Analyze requirements and user stories to define test cases and identify risks. • Design and execute functional, regression, exploratory, performance and load tests. • Validate business logic, integrations , and cross-system behavior. • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to build quality in from the start. • Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of quality. • Support UAT and end-to-end cycles and document findings clearly. • Test automations, flows, APIs and UI , depending on project nature. • Integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring continuous quality assurance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a QA in cloud-based projects (ideally SaaS). • Fluent English and good communication skills (written and verbal). • A solid understanding of how business logic translates into systems. • Strong curiosity and a mindset for problem solving. • Proficiency with test management tools and issue tracking systems (e.g. Jira). • Strong hands-on experience with API testing, including understanding of REST principles, authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth 2.0), and tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar. • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts for data validation. • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman collections for API).
