• Analyze CX ticket data to identify recurring pain points and implement automation to improve response speed and quality. • Automate data aggregation, campaign review, competitor benchmarking, and content research to increase marketing efficiency and effectiveness. • Build and maintain automated scripts and workflows for recurring reporting tasks including compliance, client reporting, and daily reconciliations (fees, holdings, transactions). • Build dashboards to provide a unified, real-time view of KPIs and performance for leadership. • Design automated workflows to support compliance alert reviews and improve efficiency and accuracy within KYC/AML processes. • Identify friction points in compliance workflows and design automated, scalable, and risk-aligned improvements.
• 2–4 years of experience in an analytical, operational, or automation-focused role. • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and SQL for data extraction and analysis. • Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script for automation within Google Workspace. • Working experience using low-code / no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to connect tools and build workflows. • Practical experience leveraging AI / LLMs for reasoning, analysis, or automated decision-making workflows. • Familiarity with visualization and analytics platforms such as Metabase, MixPanel, Segment, Google Analytics.
