• Delivering an exceptional case experience to dentists and orthodontists working with 32Co. • Acting as a key member of our clinical support team - answering dentist questions, handling problems, and finding solutions. • Identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to scale the function. • Being hands-on with clinical and operational challenges - spotting issues early and helping shape clear, workable solutions. • Being the voice of our dentists, ensuring their needs are clearly understood and advocating for service excellence in cross-functional decisions.
• A qualified dentist or an experienced dental healthcare professional (3+ years). • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Experience working within a corporate or health-tech environment is desirable. • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independently. • Highly empathetic with a strong customer-centric mindset - you instinctively know what “unreasonably excellent” feels like. • An excellent communicator, both in writing and on the phone • A natural problem-solver who enjoys getting to root causes and designing thoughtful solutions. • A team player, confident working with a range of internal and external stakeholders. • Comfortable operating in the organised chaos of a scaling startup. • Comfortable working West Coast US hours.
