📋 Description
• Provide expert-level support for endpoint delivery, application configuration, and desktop imaging • Support deployment and sustainment of MECM/Intune endpoint solutions • Manage OS image creation, patching, and software deployment processes • Enforce compliance with DISA STIGs and NIST standards • Support mobile device provisioning and secure configuration • Provide Tier 3 support and assist with Zero Trust and RMF initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science (ABET or CAE accredited), OR baseline IA certification (Security+ or SSCP) • One of the following Computing Environment (CE) certifications: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or Microsoft Intune Administrator • Experience in desktop and endpoint engineering in hybrid environments • Knowledge of DoD security standards (STIGs, RMF) • Hands-on experience with modern endpoint management solutions
