📋 Description

• Lead client onboarding end-to-end, including WABA setup, number registration, template approvals, and technical integration via API and CRM/Salesforce • Plan and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts, including template classification, scheduling, and delivery troubleshooting • Act as primary point of contact for an enterprise client portfolio • Run status calls and manage escalations • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and keep projects on track • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status tracking • Identify process gaps and contribute to onboarding and sendout playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within SaaS, martech, or B2B tech environments • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects/clients with competing priorities and deadlines • Strong stakeholder management skills • Understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies • Comfortable working with project tracking tools • Ability to define, track, and report on project KPIs and timelines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, Meta Business ecosystem, or messaging/CRM platforms is nice to have • Understanding of B2B client onboarding and campaign/funnel implementation processes is nice to have • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently • Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
